Ryan Mooney scored 18 points and Rayne Reber hit for 14, but St. Pius X dropped a 52-46 decision to host Lansdale Catholic.
Reber drained three 3-point field goals and Mooney had one trey for the Winged Lions (5-5, 7-7).
Kate Wojdula (16) and Kate McGinn (13) led the Crusaders(9-1), who stayed in a first-place tie with Spring-Ford and Pottsgrove in the PAC-10.

Wildcats edge Rams
Derek Coletto tallied 16 points with four 3-point field goals as Owen J. Roberts nudged Spring-Ford, 60-58.
Coletto scored 13 of his points in the second half for the Wildcats (5-6).
Jeff DeSantis (14), Gary Lynch (13) and Mike McGrory (12) led the scoring for the Rams (2-9, 3-12). Lynch and McGrory each canned a pair of triples.
Spring-Ford trailed 35-21 at halftime but outscored OJR 37-25 in the second half.
The Rams had six treys and shot 16-for-22 at the foul line. The Wildcats made nine triples and shot 15-for-23 at the charity stripe.
