BOYERTOWN - Phoenixville held an early 4-1 lead, but undefeated Boyertown rallied with four runs in the fifth inning and one more in the sixth for a 6-4 victory at Bear Stadium Tuesday afternoon.

Mike Gatlos went 2-for-4 with a double and triple and two runs batted in out of the leadoff spot for the Phantoms (4-4, 5-4), who dropped their second straight game. Dan Gallagher doubled and had two hits, one RBI and one run for the Phantoms, Zak Kissel had one hit and one RBI with a run scored.

Nick Wagner took the mound loss with 4 2/3 innings of work in which he gave up seven hits and five runs with three strikeouts and one walk. Evan Pilcicki and Dan Tirney pitched in relief.

Garrett Crable went 2-for-2 with a run scored for the Bears (6-0) and also earned the save with an inning of relief work.

The Phantoms scored three runs in the top of the second inning and one in the third.
