Five people were arrested this week in connection with an undercover sting involving Radnor and Pennsylvania State police at the Radnor Hotel.
The five arrested have been identified as Xiaohong Liu, 42, of the 100 block of Columbia Avenue in Phoenixville; Tatianna Rochelle Lee, 21, of the 9670 Elkhorn Road in Los Vegas, Nev.; Helen Swing, 45, of the 300 block of Porter Street in Philadelphia; Michael Gindhart, 42, of the 9100 block of Ryerson Road in Philadelphia; and Stephen McFalls, 23, of the 100 block of Lakeview Drive in Ridley Park.
According to police reports, state police officers working undercover contacted Liu, Lee and Swing through online websites where they were advertising their alleged prostitution services. The officers were posing as potential clients.
In each separate case, the women agreed to meet at the hotel. Following the women getting to the hotel, police allege officers and the women agreed to a business transaction of money for sex. Following the exchange of cash, the women were arrested.
When Swing was arrested, she told police she was driven to the hotel by Stephen McFalls and he was to receive some of the cash from the transaction.
Through a further investigation following her arrest, police say Liu was driven to the hotel by Michael Gindhart. He was then arrested.
Lee was charged with prostitution and possession of a small amount of marijuana. Swing and Liu both were charged with prostitution. Gindhart and McFalls both were charged in connection with transporting someone for the purpose of prostitution and disorderly conduct.
