Today, of course, the bridge is ready for repair and, perhaps, replacement. Think of this 88-year-young, mother, grocer, artist, and the memory of her bridge drawing!

Yes, she did. In her younger days, Freda worked with the highway department to draw the first depiction of the bridge.
