A new graphic novel book discussion group to take off at Chester County Library

Comics Unbound, a new graphic novel book discussion group, kicks off at Chester County Library & District Center at 7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 16. The new discussion group will meet on the third Monday of the month.

Do you love comics? Are you interested in comics but don’t know where to start? Want to read something new? Join for a monthly group for those interested in comics and graphic novels. Not only will you meet like-minded people, but you will also get to discuss new and old favorites of the comic genre.

Each month, a comic or graphic novel that is available to check out through the Chester County Library System will be selected. Participants will then attend the monthly meeting to discuss their readings. Upcoming books are: Monday, Oct. 16 – “Fun Home” by Alison Bechtel; Monday, Nov. 20 – “Maus: Volumes 1 & 2” by Art Spiegelman; and Monday, Dec. 20 – Best of the Year Discussion.
