It's the Chester County-based organization's first year as a member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), the sport's international governing body and membership organization, and the Roller Girls' top squad, the Belligerents, has already earned its first playoff bid.

Dunphy has coached the Temple Owls men's basketball team since April 2006, where he led the team to the Atlantic 10 tournament championship three times.

<![CDATA[Devon Prep baseball rallies around ailing facilities director]]> It may have been Friday the 13th, but bad luck was not a problem for Devon Prep's Varsity Baseball team as they defeated Elk County Catholic at Penn State University for the PIAA Class A State Championship.

This small, private school, with barely 200 students, competed against schools with more than three, four and five times the enrollment, and went all the way to the state championship for the first time in the school's history.
