Edward Paul Lippincott, of the 100 block of West Front Street, was arrested Thursday by Montgomery County authorities in the 600 block of Commerce Drive in Upper Providence where he allegedly believed he was going to meet a 14-year-old boy for sex, according to the arrest affidavit.

The students in the Spring-Ford Area School District's Ninth Grade Center are creating a series of fused mosaics for the school's cafeteria. The mural is going to include a series of colorful glass tiles inspired by student photography and drawings.
