    Man jumps into Schuylkill river to evade police

    NORRISTOWN >> A wanted man was taken into custody after trying to elude police by jumping into the Schuylkill River Monday afternoon. Shortly before 3 p.m. Norristown Police say they received information that 25-year-old Randall Falana — a fugitive with warrants for his arrest out of Upper Merion and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office — was in the area of Main and Noble streets.
