LIMERICK >> Pre-school students at Chesterbrook Academy had an exciting activity planned in anticipation of Earth Day.

At around 9:30 a.m. April 20, students walked outside near the playground to set free hundreds of ladybugs in celebration of Earth Day. The brightly colored beetles, often considered a sign of good luck, are what many refer to as a “gardener’s best friend.” The bugs will eat or kill other insects that could harm or damage plants and flowers.
