NORRISTOWN >> The family and friends of a missing Upper Merion man are joining police in asking for the public’s help to find him.

Coby Allen, 46, has been missing since March 27, according to family members. He was last seen in the King of Prussia and Norristown areas and drives an older model silver 4x4 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Allen is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. He wears glasses and has short black and grey hair. He has the word ‘philly’ tattooed on his left shoulder and a tattoo of a deejay turnable on his right shoulder.

Allen’s family says he served in the Army for 17 years and is a “kind and loving person who is always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone.”

Upper Merion police confirmed that a missing person’s report for Allen was filed April 20 and they are conducting an active investigation.

“We miss and love him very much and are anxiously awaiting his safe return home,” the family said in an email to The Times Herald.

Anyone who has seen Allen or has any information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Upper Merion Township police at 610-265-3232. Callers can also leave an anonymous tip at 484-636-3888.
