Breakfast fly-in/drive-in set Sept. 7 at Heritage Field in Limerick

LIMERICK — The 60th annual breakfast fly-in/drive-in hosted by the Pottstown Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association will feature more than fluffy eggs and pancakes.

There will also be antique, modern, experimental and war planes on display; a car show; the opportunity to take an airplane ride; and a raffle for an iPad Mini.

Admission to the Sunday, Sept. 7, event, which will run from 8 a.m. to noon at the Flyer’s Roost at Heritage Field, is free. Parking is also free.

Breakfast consisting of eggs, ham, pancakes, juice and coffee costs $8 for adults and $5 for children.

Visitors are welcome to fly or drive in; there will be a discount on avgas for fly-in visitors.

The entrance to Flyer’s Roost is located on Airport Road off Ridge Pike in Limerick.
