The job entails coaching, budgeting, spiritual leadership and recruiting. The position will be combined with an administrative role.
This employment requires at least a bachelor’s degree and preferably a Master’s Degree. Two to three years of coaching and recruiting experience at the college level is also required. The candidate should have strong organizational and writing skills, and computer skills are also needed.
