l Robb Frees: Board of School Directors, March 2000-December 2005, and its President, 2002-2004.

l Michele Diekow: PASD Business Manager, through August, 2008.

l Ron Miller: PASD Director of Operations

l Mark Davis: President and CEO of Kimberton general contracting firm C. Raymond Davis & Sons; brother Kyle Davis, company CFO; father T. Raymond Davis, former company CEO and, with late spouse, owner of record of the property offered for sale to PASD.

l Ciba: Global specialty chemicals and services company (formerly Ciba-Geigy) which, as company determined in part responsible for contamination of property it owned at Rt. 113 and Coldstream Road — a site added to the Federal EPA's Superfund priorities list in 1982 — remains responsible for remediation and monitoring.

l Synergy Environmental, Inc.: Royersford environmental consulting firm.

l Joe Puleo: Joseph A. Puleo, Phoenixville-based realtor and appraiser.

l Walter B. Satterthwaite Associates, Inc.: West Chester-based environmental consulting firm. Since November 2006, the company has been known as Brickhouse Environmental.

l Steve Buck: Steven D. Buck, real estate and commercial transactions lawyer with then-Board counsel firm Stevens & Lee.

l Tom Gilbert: Thomas W. Gilbert, President, Gilbert Architects, Lancaster.

l "PlanCon": Pennsylvania Department of Education acronym for "Planning and Construction Workbook," which sets documentation and procedural requirements for Commonwealth reimbursement for school facility construction costs.

l Greg Stevens: owner of a 55 acre tract across Rt. 113 from the Davis property. Now site of Coldstream Crossing residential development.

l John Davison: Principal, Phoenixville-based Croft Appraisal Services, Inc.

" connie, one should learn the facts before they attempt to input. rather than monday morning quarterbacking robb, perhaps you should explain why it is in fact his fault. he was unfairly attacked at the last board meeting, and has done nothing wrong. before you go to place the blame on him, you should look into what his property suggestions were, and what the board at the time, shot down. perhaps after researching robb's side, and not reading a biased summary, you will then be able to understand the complexity of the situation. "
