Spring City Borough Election Results – Republicans win big

Republicans have swept the contest for the four seats on Spring City Borough Council, unofficially, according to the most recent vote tally from Chester County. Democrat James Burns, who garnered 203 votes, two less than Republican Louis DiGuiseppe, will be replaced on Council by Republican Paul Kern. Top vote getter Daniel Bauman Sr. will also be a new face on council.

In the race for Mayor, Michael Weiss will retain his seat after defeating write-in candidates by a vote count of 379-14.
