East Pikeland: Drunk drivers arrested over weekend

EAST PIKELAND — Police arrested a man for driving under the influence after they received a call of an intoxicated man sitting in his car late Friday morning.
According to the East Pikeland Police, they responded to the Advanced Auto PArts on the 300 block of Schuylkill Road and found Nathan Stauffer, 32, of Phoenixville, “slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle,” around 11:50 a.m.
Stauffer allegedly failed field sobriety tests and was processed and released by the police pending a hearing.
EAST PIKELAND — An unusually wide turn led police to arrested a 27-year-old Glenmoore resident.
Daniel Coltrain allegedly made a wide turn onto Coldstream Road off of Route 113 around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, attracted the attention of the East Pikeland Police.
He was processed and released pending a later hearing.
