UPPER HANOVER — The state police in Skippack are investigating an incident in which a man driving a van reportedly stopped and spoke with a child Sunday morning.
Treating the incident as suspicious, police said the van stopped off Morgan Hill Drive at 9:25 a.m.
Its driver, described as being in his 50s or 60s and 5 feet 10 inches tall and white, wearing a navy blue shirt, “had a very general conversation” with a child, according to police.
Police described the vehicle the man was driving as being a white, box-style minivan “with a possible ladder rack on top.”
