Chestnut Knoll At Home, Phoenixville to hold “Me and My Parents” Discussion

PHOENIXVILLE – When you need more help after the hospital or rehab, what do you do? Find out as you join “Me & My Parents,” a conversation series about issues affecting adult children and their senior parents. Me & My Parents will be held Thursday, September 19 at 5:30 p.m. at Spring Mill Senior Living, located at 3000 Balfour Circle, Phoenixville.

This month’s program in the Me & My Parents series is focused on what to do after returning home from the hospital or rehab. Sometimes short- or long-term care is needed after discharge from a hospital or rehabilitation facility. Join us in exploring options available with information from a panel of experts. The panel includes Donna Beitel, RN, clinical liaison, Bayada Home Health Care; Linda Detwiler, LPN, director of Home Care, Chestnut Knoll At Home; Sue Seanor, director of sales and marketing, Spring Mill Senior Living; and Tina Hess, admissions & marketing director, PowerBack Rehabilitation at Spring Mill.

Me & My Parents is an educational and interactive forum, designed to get adult children and their parents talking and thinking about how to be prepared for the future and how to communicate important decisions. Light refreshments will be served.

This meeting is free and open to the public; however, seating is limited. Please RSVP by calling Susan Knoble at 610-933-0660.
