Spring-Ford sophomore charged with making school threats

LIMERICK — Township police have filed charges of making terroristic threats against a 16-year-old Spring-Ford Area High School student in connection with statements he is alleged to have made Tuesday.
The student, whose name was not released, is in 10th grade and is alleged to have made “several threatening statements to teachers and administrative personnel,” according to police statement.
Spring-Ford Schools released a statement as well, indicating “disciplinary measures” were taken after the remarks were made Tuesday.
