The excitement started with a positive sign on the pregnancy test. Then came telling family and friends we were expecting. Slowly, my belly started to grow, but I still had to deal with people saying I didn’t look like I was pregnant.

At this point, there is no hiding or denying there is a human being inside of me. According to The Bump, www.thebump.com, my son is the size of a jackfruit.

As I write this, I am still two days away from the baby’s due date. My husband and I are very anxious to meet our son and so are the rest of our families. Recently we’ve been getting calls and texts just about daily from our parents wanting to know how I’m feeling or if there is any news.
