Teen Page...Christian Cicionne: Boot Camp Hero

As a school year winds down, everybody starts talking about where they want to go over the summer. As you listen you might hear places such as the beach, amusement parks, etc.
However, for senior Christian Cicionne, those places were just a little too dull. During the summer he attended army boot camp for 10 weeks, for 10 weeks of his life he will never forget.
Christian was originally from Pennsylvania, but when he was only 7 years old he moved to Florida, and at the age of 17 he moved back. Christian initially wanted to join the marines; however, since they weren’t accepting infantry at the time, Christian decided to make his presence felt in the army. “I’ve always wanted to serve my country since I was a little kid,” stated Christian. So, to help fulfill that dream, Christian attended boot camp in Fort Benning, Ga., before finishing high school.
